The Upper Ranch "Eaton House" was erected in 1902 and the interior renovated by HTH Contracting in 2014. The carport and deck were added in 2015. All interior decorating done by Kerri Willox keeping the historical essence of the house in mind, notice the victorian style, cast iron tub and beautiful tile work completed by XT Custom Tile.
